Baby Massage & Yoga Courses
The time you spend with your Baby is precious. So often, your maternity leave is over before you know it. Make every day count – engage in some quality activities and create beautiful memories along the way. Our Mama & Baby Courses are the perfect way to bond and have fun with your newborn.
The Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Classes have been running successfully in the South Staffordshire area for over 16 years, covering the Lichfield, Burton and Barton-under-Needwood area. Hundreds of happy Mums and Babies have enjoyed a combination of Baby Massage, Baby Reflexology, Baby Yoga and Post-Natal Yoga.
Baby Massage & Baby Yoga are a fabulous blend of techniques to help support you and your newborn at this precious time. Soothing Baby Massage techniques are blended with songs & gentle stretches, while the focus for the new Mum is to ease out all the aches, strengthen & tone the post-natal body, and to offer a wonderful opportunity for a guided relaxation.
You can start the Course from as early as 6 weeks after your baby is born. Click HERE for more information about the content of the course. Scroll down for FAQs and booking details.

These two Courses blend some wonderfully soothing, engaging, developmental and fun activities for your Baby, whilst at the same time introducing you to some stretches, strengthening and toning techniques specifically for the post-natal period. And at the end of every session, you will be treated to a guided relaxation, to enjoy some much needed rest and rejuvenatation.
Baby Massage Course
You will learn a full Baby Massage Routine, including a Baby Reflexology session, over the 4 weeks. These will include techniques to help with colic, constipation, restlessness, teething and sleeplessness. I will also offer some simple Mummy stretches and a little relaxation cuddle at the end.
Baby Yoga Course
This is suitable for babies from 12 weeks onwards, and offers a more dynamic, fun, engaging content. You will learn moves, holds, swings and songs which will connect you deeply with your baby, and offer a fun opportunity to spend time together. Baby Yoga is also extremely good for their developing motor skills. The simple songs help with language and speech development.
Post-Natal Yoga will be blended through each session, targeting all the main areas: pelvic floor, upper back and shoulders, lower back and hips.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my Husband/Partner/Mother come along?
- Up to 10 Days before the start of the course = FULL REFUND minus 10% admin fee
- Less than 10 days before the event = NO REFUNDS unless the workshop is full and I can fill your space from the waiting list, or in the case of serious injury/medical condition where you can provide a Doctor’s Note. In these cases, a 10% admin fee will be charged.
- In the event that the course is cancelled, a FULL refund will be given.
- You may be able to transfer your booking to the next course if a space is available.
Courses will only run with a minimum of 7 participants. Courses with few than 7 bookings by the start date will be postponed or cancelled. In the rare event of a cancellation, you can either transfer your payment to a future course, or receive a full payment.
What do I need to bring?
My Baby is under 6 Weeks old. Can we still come to the Course?
I recommend that the earliest age for your baby to come to any class is 6 weeks. Although you can massage your baby from birth, you will find that for the first couple of months your baby spends most of their time either sleeping or feeding, and class participation might be limited.
However, every baby is different, and if you notice that your baby is spending some alert, awake time prior to 6 weeks, they may be able to enjoy the classes.
I can't make one of the sessions. Can I just pay for those I can attend?
The course fee is a one-off payment, and is for the full tuition and handouts – regardless of how many sessions you are able to make. I have designed the course so that each session follows on from the last, with some overlap, so that you can make up for any missed sessions.
In some instances, I can offer you the opportunity to make up a missed week on the next course, but this will be dependent on any spaces being available.
How do I book on?
If you are not sure yet about continuing on to do the Baby Yoga course, there will be an opportunity to book a place during the Baby Massage course.
Are the Classes COVID Secure?
To keep the classes as safe as possible, I am reducing the number of places to 12, and there will be some space between all participants. The windows will be open for ventilation, and masks are advised for entry and exiting the building (they can be removed once you are settled in your space). There is hand sanitiser in the building, and touch points are frequently cleaned.
