Imagine if you surrounded yourself with only positive stories of birth – how would you feel about your own ability, your own birth?

These are the stories of the Mums in my classes, my workshops and my courses who had wonderful, beautiful, confident, natural, positive births. And while I know and totally understand that not all Mums can have births like these, I also appreciate that we are lucky enough to have the medical intervention available if we need it, when we need it.
